Ring terminal for 10-12 AWG, #6 stud
The 35107 is the 10-12 AWG member of TE's PIDG ring terminal line, terminated by crimp and accepting a #6 stud. The tin-plated copper contact is rated for the full 10-12 AWG current capacity; the insulated nylon barrel covers 0.150" ~ 0.250" (3.81mm ~ 6.35mm) insulation diameter.
Serrated barrel and insulation grip
Serrated Termination on the crimp barrel bites through surface oxides for a gas-tight connection; the polyamide (PA) nylon insulation sleeve provides a positive wire stop and strain relief. Overall length is 1.083" (27.51mm), outer width 0.375" (9.53mm), and the barrel accepts insulation diameters from 0.150" to 0.250" (3.81mm ~ 6.35mm).
Siblings in the ring terminal family
Within the PIDG series, the 35107 serves 10-12 AWG at a #6 stud. For a smaller wire gauge (14-16 AWG) at a #8 stud, the Solistrand 1377172-7 is a non-insulated option with brazed seam and serrated termination. The 133521-1 (Solistrand, Strato-Therm) handles 18-22 AWG at an #8 stud with gold-plated contacts — a different wire range and stud size, not an interchangeable fit.
