Wire gauge and stud size
The 35110 is a PIDG-series ring terminal for 10-12 AWG wire with a #1/4 stud hole, tin-plated copper contact, and yellow nylon insulation. The serrated inner barrel grips the conductor during crimp, and the insulation support barrel accommodates wire insulation diameters from 0.150" to 0.250" (3.81 mm to 6.35 mm).
Crimp and insulation fit
Overall length is 1.322" (33.58 mm); the outer edge width is 0.531" (13.49 mm). The 0.040" (1.02 mm) thick barrel suits standard crimp tools for 10-12 AWG ring terminals.
