MTA-100 12-Position IDC Receptacle
The 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch is the standard MTA-100 spacing, matching the full range of MTA-100 headers.
Tin is the right choice for a one-time-mate or low-cycle-count harness where you aren't repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting. If the application calls for frequent mating cycles or a corrosive environment, a gold-plated variant in the MTA-100 family would be the better fit, but for a fixed harness inside an enclosure this tin finish is standard and reliable.
IDC Termination — Discrete or Ribbon Cable
The closed-end feature acts as a wire stop, so the conductor doesn't push past the last contact position. It handles both discrete wires and ribbon cable, making it flexible for point-to-point wiring or mass-terminated ribbon harnesses. The free-hanging or right-angle mounting options let you route the cable exit to fit the enclosure layout.
