Product details

The 414907-1: It is the female socket (jack) side of the interconnect, designed to mate with a 75 Ohm BNC plug on a cable assembly. The body is die-cast zinc with a nickel finish, giving it a durable, corrosion-resistant shell for panel-mount applications.

This connector mounts in a panel cutout using a bulkhead nut on the front side of the panel. The signal pin and shield are terminated by soldering.

Signal Performance and Dielectric

Rated to 2 GHz maximum frequency, this BNC jack supports standard-definition video and baseband data links where the 75 Ohm impedance is standard. The voltage rating of 500 V is the breakdown limit between center and shield.

Frequently asked questions

Is the 414907-1 a standard 75 Ohm BNC connector?

Yes, it is a standard BNC jack with 75 Ohm impedance, 2 GHz max frequency, and a bayonet lock — the common interface for video and baseband coax. It mates with any 75 Ohm BNC plug.
