FFC receptacle housing, 10-way, 1.27 mm pitch
The 487544-7 is the 10-position member of TE's AMPMODU System 50 FFC receptacle housing line, a single-row housing for female contacts accepting 0.05-0.08 mm thick flat flex cable.
Housing construction and locking
The housing moulding is black polyester with a detent lock that holds the FFC in place before the mating half is engaged — no secondary latch required for bench assembly.
Active production and compliance
RoHS3 compliant per the current directive; the housing material meets UL94 V-0 without added flame retardants that would trigger REACH SVHC reporting.
