8-Circuit Barrier Block at 0.325" Pitch — Screw Termination, 20A Rating
The TE Connectivity Buchanan 4DB-P107-08 is an 8-circuit barrier terminal block from the 4DB series, built for panel wiring where a screw-clamp connection and a through-hole PC pin termination are the standard. The 0.325" (8.26mm) pitch gives enough spacing between terminals for the 20A rating without crowding the board layout — each circuit carries the full rated current through the screw clamp onto the PC pin. The dual-wall barrier (2 Wall) between each position reduces the chance of a flashover at the 150V rating, which matters when you're landing 12 AWG wire in a control cabinet and the next terminal is carrying a different phase.
Wire Gauge and Termination — What Fits the Clamp
The screw terminals accept 12-22 AWG wire, which covers the range from a heavy power feed down to a control signal. The top termination is a screw — zinc clear chromate finish over steel — that bears directly on the wire. No crimp terminal needed; strip, insert, tighten.
