12-Circuit Power Barrier Block, 0.325" Pitch, 20 A
The 4DB-P107-12: The 0.325" (8.26 mm) pitch between centres gives enough spacing to handle the 20 A per-circuit rating without tracking between adjacent terminals — the wide pitch is the footprint-defining dimension, not the circuit count. The dual-wall barrier (2 Wall) between each position provides physical isolation that prevents accidental shorting from a stray wire strand or tool blade during field service.
20 A at 150 V — Power Distribution, Not Signal
Rated 20 A per circuit at 150 V, this block is sized for low-voltage DC or AC power distribution inside an enclosure — think control cabinet power rails, battery-bank interconnect, or industrial heater circuits. The 12-22 AWG wire range accepts the heavy 12 AWG stranded wire that carries the full 20 A without excessive temperature rise at the screw termination.
Through-Hole PC Pin Termination
The top termination is a screw clamp that captures the stripped wire under a pressure plate. This is a field-wireable block: the PCB side is soldered once during board assembly, and the field wiring side can be terminated and re-terminated multiple times with a screwdriver. The 105°C operating temperature covers the internal cabinet ambient plus self-heating from the 20 A load.
The 12-circuit count and 0.325" pitch are the BOM-line match points; verify the mating half (the wire-entry side is the block itself, no separate housing needed) before committing.
