0.325" Pitch, 2 Circuits, 20A — Barrier Block That Bolts In
The TE Connectivity Buchanan 4DB-P108-02 is a 2-circuit barrier strip on a 0.325" (8.26mm) pitch. It takes 12-22 AWG wire under the captive screw plate and terminates to the board via PC pins. The dual-wall barrier keeps adjacent terminals from shorting to each other — standard for a fused line or a two-wire sensor run where field service is the norm.
20A at 150V — Screw-Clamp Current Capacity
Rated 20A per circuit at 150V. For a maintenance swap, this means the strip handles the same load as the original if the dead one was a 2-position barrier block on a 0.325" pitch.
12-22 AWG — Wire Range Under the Captive Plate
The captive plate accepts 12-22 AWG solid or stranded. The steel screw with zinc clear chromate finish clamps down on the conductor without cutting strands. No ferrule needed — bare wire under the plate is the standard termination for this style.
