The Buchanan 4DB-P108-07 is a 7-circuit barrier strip from the 4DB series, designed as a fixed power distribution point on a PCB. It carries 20 A per circuit at 150 V, which puts it squarely in the industrial control panel range — think 120 V AC motor starter circuits, DC power supply outputs, or heater loads.
Termination — Field Wiring Meets PCB
This dual-termination style means the block gets wave-soldered to the board at the factory, then field wires land on the screw terminals without disturbing the board-side solder joints. Wire range is 12-22 AWG, which covers the typical power feed (12 AWG) and control signal (22 AWG) in one block.
Mounting and Environment
Through-hole mounting with a single row of 7 circuits. Operating temperature is rated to 105°C, which covers the ambient inside a sealed industrial enclosure without derating.
