The 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch and matching row spacing keep the footprint compatible with standard 0.100" headers, and the 22-26 AWG wire range covers most signal-level harness builds.
Closed-End Housing and Free-Hanging Mount
The closed-end design means the IDC contacts are fully shrouded at the cable entry — no exposed termination points, no risk of shorts against the panel or another harness. Free-hanging (in-line) mounting lets you use it as a cable-to-board or cable-to-cable splice without a panel cutout or mounting hardware. Black housing is the standard colour for this series.
