The TE Connectivity 5-2301994-3 is a single-port RJ45 jack built for 10/100 Base-T Ethernet applications.

Ethernet Duty and Pinout Reality

This jack is rated for 10/100 Base-T and AutoMDIX — Fast Ethernet, not Gigabit. 10/100 Base-T uses two of the four twisted pairs (pins 1,2,3,6), which aligns with the 4 cores per jack; the unused pairs are simply not connected inside the jack. AutoMDIX support means the PHY can auto-sense a straight or crossover cable, simplifying board layout by removing the need for an external crossover switch.
