At a 0.80 mm pitch, the contact density is high enough that the board layout engineer needs to plan the escape routing under the component — 120 signals on a 0.80 mm grid in two rows means a tight fan-out to inner layers. The receptacle accepts mating headers that produce stack heights of 9 mm, 10 mm, 11 mm, or 12 mm, giving the mechanical designer flexibility without changing the receptacle BOM line.
Board Layout and Z-Height Budget
The receptacle stands 7.75 mm above the PCB surface. That height, combined with the 0.80 mm pitch and 2-row layout, sets the keep-out zone for adjacent components on the receptacle board.
