Pin Socket for Signal and Power Pins
The 50935-6 is a single-circuit PCB pin socket from TE Connectivity's Series 1 family. It accepts round pins from 0.013" to 0.020" diameter — covering common header and terminal pin sizes used in wire-to-board and board-to-board interconnects. Solder termination with no tail — the socket sits flush in the plated through-hole after soldering. The open-bottom feature allows the pin to pass through the socket body, useful when the pin tip must protrude below the board.
Mounting Hole and Temperature Range
The 0.040"–0.041" mounting hole and 0.155" socket depth set the PCB footprint — the socket sits flush in the hole, with the 0.168" overall length clearing the board bottom.
