The main differences: the 5120534-1 has 64 positions versus 84, a taller board height (8.35mm vs 6.35mm), and 30.0µin gold versus 50.0µin gold on the 1-120532-2. If your PMC card needs more I/O or a lower stack height, the 84-position part is the one to look at — but the 64-position plug matches the standard PMC connector footprint for most module designs.
