The 8.00 µinch gold finish on the mating contacts is a standard signal-grade plating. For high-cycle or harsh-environment duty, the thicker 50 µinch gold on the sibling 1-120532-2 (84-position, 1.00 mm pitch) would be the better call, but that part also steps up to a larger pitch and different footprint.
