The 0.220" length below head suits standard panel thicknesses where the jackscrew secures the connector to the mating face. Supplied in a bag.
Thread and Fit
The 4-40 thread is the standard UNC size for D-sub jackscrews — it mates with the threaded inserts on standard D-sub receptacles and panel-mount hardware. The 0.220" below-head length gives clearance for panels up to that thickness plus a washer and locknut.
