120-Position Mezzanine Receptacle at 0.80 mm Pitch
It uses a 0.80 mm pitch in a dual-row arrangement, with outer shroud contacts that protect the signal pins during mating. The specified mated stacking height is 5 mm, which sets the spacing between the two PCBs in the assembly.
The 5 mm stack height is the z-height from the top of the bottom board to the bottom of the top board; the connector itself occupies about 4 mm of that, leaving roughly 1 mm for component keep-out on the underside of the top board.
It is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging, with Cut Tape also available.
Comparison with 1-120532-2
The 1-120532-2 is a different connector family — a 1.00 mm pitch plug with center strip contacts, 84 positions, and a 6.35 mm mated height. It is not a direct functional equivalent to the 5353999-5. The 0.80 mm vs 1.00 mm pitch difference alone changes the PCB footprint and routing density, and the 5 mm vs 6.35 mm stack height alters the board spacing. No official cross-reference exists between the two parts.
