The 5531216-5 is a socket contact in TE's AMPMODU crimp terminal line, accepting 22-26 AWG wire and terminated by crimp. Gold plating at 50.0µin (1.27µm) on the mating surface supports repeated connect-disconnect cycles without oxidation buildup — the thickness is above the 30 µin threshold where tin starts to wear through on frequent mates.
