Shielded Two-Piece Backshell for 15-Position D-Sub
The TE Connectivity AMPLIMITE 5747099-3 is a two-piece backshell designed to terminate and shield the cable end of a standard 15-position D-sub connector. It accepts round cable with a 180° straight exit and includes the mating screws and strain relief hardware — no separate fastener order needed. The shell is shielded with nickel over copper plating for EMI containment, and the thermoplastic insert provides the cable clamp and strain relief structure.
