The housing is free hanging (in-line), with an unthreaded flange for panel mounting with screws or jackposts. This is a housing only. The 5748636-1 does not include crimp contacts — you order them separately as the matching AMPLIMITE HDP-22 female crimp terminals (typically 22-28 AWG signal contacts).
