38-Position MICTOR Receptacle at 0.025" Pitch
The TE 5767110-1 is a 38-position receptacle from the MICTOR series, built for high-density board-to-board interconnects where signal integrity matters more than per-contact current. The 0.025" (0.64mm) pitch packs 38 center-strip contacts into a two-row SMT footprint — tight enough that the board layout needs controlled impedance traces and a solder-paste stencil designed for fine-pitch reflow. The integrated board guide protects the delicate contacts during blind-mate assembly — without it, the 0.64mm pitch contacts would be vulnerable to stubbing against the mating plug. A ground bus plane runs through the connector body, providing a low-inductance return path that keeps the signal loops tight for high-speed differential pairs.
Stack Height Flexibility — One Footprint, Eight Spacings
This receptacle supports eight mated stacking heights: 6.6mm, 9mm, 10.92mm, 12.57mm, 17.96mm, 18.75mm, 20mm, and 22.86mm. That means a single board footprint can serve multiple card-spacing requirements across a product family — the same SMT pad layout works whether the mezzanine gap is 6.6mm or nearly 23mm.
