The 61048-1: The contact is tin-plated brass; the non-mating end is insulated with a transparent sleeve that covers the crimp barrel and wire entry.
For a thicker tab — 0.020" (0.51mm) vs the 61048-1's 0.016" (0.41mm) — the 61060-1 and 61060-2 provide the same 0.110" width, 18-22 AWG range, and tin-plated brass contact in bulk or tape-and-reel respectively.
The 61048-2 is functionally identical to the 61048-1 — same tab width, wire gauge, insulation, and contact finish — differing only in packaging (Tape & Reel / Cut Tape vs Bulk). It drops into the same application without rewiring.
