The 6450830-1: The 8-signal, 4-power split is not a uniform array — the power blades are physically larger and carry the main DC rail current, while the signal pins handle low-level logic or sense lines. This hybrid layout saves board space compared to running separate power and signal connectors, but it means the BOM must account for two different crimp terminal types in the mating receptacle.
