Power Header for Board-Edge Distribution
The TE Connectivity 6450833-7 is a 7-position MULTI-BEAM XLE header carrying male power blades on a single row at 0.118" (3.00mm) pitch. All 7 positions are loaded as power contacts — this is a dedicated DC distribution interconnect, not a mixed signal/power layout. The right-angle through-hole termination places the mating interface parallel to the PCB, suited for board-edge power entry in server PSUs, base station rectifiers, and industrial power supplies.
Contact Plating and Mechanical Retention
Gold plating at 30.0µin (0.76µm) on the mating surface gives this header a robust mating cycle budget — suitable for field-serviceable power modules where the connector sees repeated engage/disengage over the product life.
