Stamped Socket for Multimate III+ Housings
It accepts 16-18 AWG wire and terminates via a standard crimp tool, seating into the matching Multimate III+ housing cavities.
Wire Range and Crimp Fit
Rated for 16-18 AWG stranded wire, the 66100-4 uses a crimp barrel that compresses around the conductor and insulation. The stamped construction keeps the terminal cost low while maintaining consistent pull-off force when crimped with the correct TE application tooling. For a harness builder, this means the terminal feeds well in a semi-auto crimp press and the strip length is standard for this wire range.
Plating Grade and Duty
The brass base material provides adequate spring properties for the stamped beam geometry.
