Crimp pin for Multimate III+ harness builds
This is the male half of the contact pair — it mates into the corresponding socket terminal inside a Multimate III+ housing.
The 14-18 AWG range covers the most common power and signal wire sizes in a Multimate III+ harness. Crimp tooling from TE (matched to the stamped contact geometry) ensures the wire barrel deforms correctly onto the conductor without nicking the strands. Tin plating on the crimp barrel is compatible with both tin and gold-plated mating surfaces in the housing — no galvanic concern at this plating thickness.
