Barrier Block, 3 Circuits, 0.375" Pitch — What This Is
The 6PCR-03-006 is a 3-circuit barrier strip from the Buchanan #6 series, built for power distribution on a PCB. The 0.375" (9.53mm) pitch gives each circuit enough physical spacing to handle the 25A rating at 300V without tracking between terminals — that pitch is wider than a typical signal-level terminal block, sized for the clearance the current demands. The three-wall barrier design isolates each position, so a stray wire strand or tool slip across the top of the block won't bridge adjacent circuits.

The wire is clamped between the plate and the conductor pad, accepting 12-22 AWG. The screw finish is zinc with clear chromate on a steel screw, standard for corrosion resistance in indoor equipment enclosures.

Operating temperature goes to 105°C, which covers the internal ambient of most industrial power supplies and control cabinets. ROHS3 compliant per the current directive.
