3-Circuit Barrier Block at 0.375" Pitch, 25 A
The TE Connectivity Buchanan 6PCR-03-008 is a 3-circuit barrier strip from the #6 series, built for power distribution in control panels, HVAC gear, and industrial equipment. The 0.375" (9.53mm) pitch spaces the terminals wide enough for 12 AWG wire without crowding — the wire gauge range runs from 12-22 AWG, so it handles the heavier branch-circuit wiring common in panel builds. Each circuit is rated 25 A at 300 V, which puts this block in the power-distribution class, not signal-level duty. The three-wall (tri) barrier design isolates each terminal position from its neighbor, reducing the chance of a stray strand bridging across circuits during termination.
Mounting and Termination — Panel or PCB
This block mounts two ways: through the chassis or panel using the flange, and through the PCB via the PC pin bottom termination. The flange gives a mechanical anchor for vibration-prone installations — the block doesn't rely solely on solder joints for retention. No loose washers to drop into a live panel. Three wire entries match the three circuits, one per position.
