The 6PCV-04-006: The 3-wall (tri) barrier construction isolates each terminal position, preventing shorting from stray wire strands during termination — a practical safeguard in panel wiring where conductors are periodically landed and removed. The 25A current rating at 300V puts this strip squarely in motor starter circuits, heater loads, and power supply output connections, not signal-level duty.
Wire size and termination
Accepts 12-22 AWG solid or stranded wire on the screw termination side — the steel screws with zinc/clear chromate finish clamp down on the conductor, and the PC pins on the bottom side solder into the PCB. The single-row layout with 4 wire entries matches the 4 circuits, so every position lands one wire. The 0.375" pitch gives enough room between terminals for a standard screwdriver to reach each clamp without bridging adjacent positions.
