The 6PCV-15-006: The 0.375" (9.53mm) pitch spaces each terminal position wide enough to handle 12 AWG stranded wire comfortably — the wire gauge range is 12-22 AWG, so a 12 AWG feeder lands without forcing the conductor into an undersized tunnel. Each circuit is rated 25A at 300V, which puts this block in the power distribution class, not signal termination. The three-wall (tri) barrier design isolates each terminal from its neighbour, reducing the chance of an accidental short across adjacent positions during wiring or troubleshooting.
Wire Termination and Board Mounting
The single-row layout with 15 wire entries keeps the wiring in one plane, which simplifies routing in a panel or on a PCB edge where space is tight. The barrier block accepts solid or stranded wire; for stranded 12 AWG, a ferrule is optional but recommended to prevent strand splay under the screw.
