Panel Wiring Barrier Block, 3 Circuits, 25A
The TE Connectivity 6WWV-03-006 is a 3-circuit barrier strip from the #6 Buchanan series, designed for terminal-block wiring inside industrial control panels and power distribution enclosures. The 0.375" (9.53mm) pitch gives enough clearance between adjacent circuits for the 300V rating without crowding the wiring trough. Rated 25A per circuit, this block carries motor-starter feed or branch-circuit current comfortably — the 18-22 AWG wire range matches the most common panel hookup gauges.
The bottom termination is wire-wrap style, suited for point-to-point backplane wiring or soldered connections on the PCB side. Mounting is dual-path: the flange accepts chassis or panel screws for a fixed installation, and the through-hole option lets you solder the block directly to a board. The three wire entries match the circuit count — one wire per position.
The 25A rating per circuit is the block's thermal limit at the 105°C operating temperature — in practice, derate for bundle size and ambient inside the enclosure. The 300V rating is conservative for the 0.375" pitch; the three-wall barrier (Tri) between positions adds creepage distance over an open-slot design. Terminal screws are steel with zinc clear chromate finish — adequate for repeated field terminations without galling. The single-row layout keeps the wiring accessible; the flange lets you land the block against a panel edge and torque the screws without the block rotating.
