Crimp ferrule for DB9, DB15, and DB50 shells
The ferrule accepts the same crimp tooling as the standard AMPLIMITE HDP-20 contact terminals. It is installed after the contacts are terminated, then the backshell slides over it and is tightened down. The inner diameter accommodates the cable bundle for the respective shell size — the DB50 variant handles a thicker cable bundle than the DB9 version, but the part number is the same for all three. RoHS compliant per the current TE declaration, so it clears the compliance gate for EU-market assemblies without a waiver review.
