What the 6A and 125V Ratings Mean for Fit
The 6A per-contact rating is typical for signal-grade D-Sub contacts — it handles parallel I/O, RS-232, and low-current control lines without issue, but it is not a power contact. The 125V rating matches the standard D-Sub voltage ceiling for signal applications; for higher-voltage industrial bus wiring, a different connector family would be needed.
