Thread Fit and Panel Clearance
The 750831-1: The dual-thread design is what makes this jackscrew work: the 2-56 internal socket threads onto the mating D-sub's male jackscrew, while the 4-40 external screw passes through the panel or backshell and secures with a nut. The 0.220" length below head means it fits panels up to about 0.125" thick with standard hardware — any thicker and the threads won't engage fully. The slotted head lets you tighten it with a flat-blade screwdriver during assembly or field replacement.
