Tin is a cost-effective choice for applications with infrequent mating cycles — typical for terminal block headers that see one or two matings over the equipment life. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 110°C, covering most industrial cabinet and control panel environments. The 0.138" (3.50mm) contact tail length is standard for through-hole soldering to a typical 1.6mm PCB.
