15 A / 300 V power envelope with UL94 V-0 housing
The UL current rating of 15 A per position is derated by the ambient temperature inside the enclosure; at 110°C the housing material (PA66) sets the upper limit. The 300 V voltage rating covers most low-voltage industrial control circuits up to 277/480 VAC line-to-neutral. UL94 V-0 flammability rating means the polyamide housing will self-extinguish within 10 seconds of a flame source — a standard requirement for equipment inside a UL-listed industrial control panel. Copper alloy contacts with tin finish carry the rated current with acceptable temperature rise. The 0.138" (3.50 mm) solder tail length fits standard 1.6 mm PCBs and leaves enough protrusion for a reliable fillet.
