140-Position Mezzanine Receptacle at 0.60mm Pitch
The 0.024" (0.60mm) pitch packs 140 circuits into two rows, which means the PCB footprint is dense — expect fine-line routing and controlled impedance traces if the signal speed demands it.
The 0.128" (3.25mm) height above board combined with the mating plug gives a 4mm mated stack height. That 4mm is the z-axis constraint — your board-to-board gap is fixed at that dimension, so the mezzanine card and main board need to land within that envelope. The 0.60mm pitch keeps the connector narrow, but the 140 positions still occupy about 42mm of board edge per row.
SMT Assembly Considerations
Tape & Reel packaging feeds into standard pick-and-place machines. The 0.60mm pitch calls for a solder paste stencil with tight aperture control — bridging between adjacent pads is the main reflow risk.
