The TE Connectivity 9-1734774-1 is a 36-position female PCI Express card edge connector on a 0.039" (1.00 mm) pitch. It accepts a standard PCIe add-in card of 0.062" (1.57 mm) thickness, with dual-row readout matching the x1, x4, or x8 edge finger layout. The through-hole termination uses staggered solder tails to ease board routing between the two rows. The housing is molded from polyamide (PA46) — a high-temperature nylon that withstands reflow soldering — and includes a board guide and locking ramp. The locking ramp provides positive retention against the card edge notch, holding the card in place under vibration without a separate latch. The board guide aligns the card during insertion, protecting the cantilever contacts from stubbing.
