The 967543-1's 13-15 AWG range sits between the 13-17 AWG of the Standard Power Timer 927835-1 and the 17-20 AWG of the 927831-2 — all three are tin-plated sockets with crimp termination, so the wire gauge selection drives the contact choice within the same series. For heavier 11-13 AWG applications the MCP-series 1-968859-1 offers a tin socket with 39.4 µin gold flash, a different contact geometry that does not share the Standard Power Timer housing.
