Panel wiring terminal selection
The JC6-P108-02: It accepts 12-22 AWG wire and terminates via screws with captive plates — the plate captures the conductor under the screw head so it doesn't twist out during tightening. Rated 20A at 300V, this block handles branch-circuit power in control panels, power supplies, and industrial equipment where a single 2-position disconnect point is needed. The 0.375" (9.53mm) pitch gives enough spacing between terminals for the 20A rating without crowding the board layout.
Wire range is 12-22 AWG, which covers most panel power wiring from 12 AWG branch circuits down to 22 AWG control wiring. The dual-wall barrier (2 Wall) provides isolation between adjacent terminals, reducing the chance of accidental shorting from a stray strand.
Operating temperature is rated to 105°C, which covers the interior of most industrial cabinets without derating. Terminal screws are steel with zinc clear chromate finish, corrosion-resistant for the panel environment. The black color is standard for the JC6 series — no marking or color-coding options are listed for this variant.
