Panel Wiring Barrier Block, 7 Circuits at 0.375" Pitch
The NC6-P108-07: Each position accepts 12-22 AWG wire and is rated 20 A at 300 V, making it a fit for industrial control panels, power distribution boards, and equipment where a screw-clamp termination is preferred over a crimp connector. The dual-wall barrier construction provides physical isolation between adjacent circuits, reducing the risk of accidental shorting during wiring or service.
Wiring and Termination — Screws with Captive Plate
This is a field-service detail: you can loosen the screw, insert the stripped wire, and retighten without fishing for a loose washer. Terminal screw material is steel with a zinc finish, which resists corrosion in a cabinet environment but is not rated for outdoor or washdown exposure.
Current and Voltage — 20 A at 300 V
For a 7-circuit block carrying full load on all positions, the aggregate heat from the 20 A per circuit stays within the polyamide housing's thermal limits. The 300 V rating covers common industrial control voltages and low-voltage DC buses.
