M12 A-Coded Female Plug, 3-Position, Screw Termination
Screw termination and a cable opening of 0.236" to 0.315" (6.00 mm to 8.00 mm) let you field-terminate without a crimp tool — a ring lug under a screw, done. The nickel-plated brass shell and the polyamide insert give it an IP67 seal when mated, so it handles washdown and dust in industrial sensor and actuator harnesses.
What the IP67 Rating Means for the Job
A-Coded Orientation — Not Negotiable
This plug uses A-coded keying per the M12 standard. An A-coded plug mates only with an A-coded receptacle — it will not fit B, D, or X-coded jacks. That is by design: the keying prevents mixing a sensor power circuit with a Profibus data line on the same drop. If your panel or cordset is A-coded, this is the correct mating half. The 3-position pinout follows the standard M12-3 layout for DC power or discrete I/O.
