The TE Connectivity T4110002051-000 is an M12 A-coded plug with 5 female sockets, designed for field-terminated screw-clamp wiring in industrial automation, sensor networks, and actuator connections. It is the 5-position member of the T41100 series, sharing the same A-coded keying, IP67 sealing, and gold-plated contacts with its 3-position (T4110002031-000) and 8-position (T4110002081-000) siblings. IP67 ingress protection is valid only when the threaded coupling nut is fully tightened against the mating receptacle — the O-ring seals at the mating face, not the cable entry.
Termination and Field Wiring
Screw-clamp termination accepts solid or stranded conductors — no crimp tool required. The backshell and coupling nut provide strain relief for cables within the 6.00 mm to 8.00 mm diameter range. The connector is unshielded, so no shield continuity passes through the coupling nut.
