The TE Connectivity T4110012051-000 is an M12 A-coded plug with 5 female socket positions, designed for free-hanging (in-line) cable termination via screw terminals. The threaded coupling nut and IP67 rating when mated mean this connector handles washdown environments and vibration-prone installations without losing seal integrity. Rated 4 A per contact at 60 V, with gold-plated mating surfaces (3.00 µin gold over zinc alloy), the connector is suited for signal and low-power sensor circuits where corrosion resistance matters over many mating cycles. Wiring and Field Termination
Screw termination means no crimp tool is required — strip the wire, insert into the contact chamber, and tighten the screw. The backshell and coupling nut are included as part of the assembly, so the only additional parts needed are the cable and the mating M12 male receptacle (A-coded, 5-pin). The A-coding keying ensures it will only mate with an A-coded counterpart, preventing cross-mating with B-, D-, or X-coded M12 connectors used for fieldbus or Ethernet.
