Sealed M12 plug for industrial harnesses
The B-coded orientation and threaded coupling prevent cross-mating with A-, D-, or X-coded M12 ports on the same panel. Each gold-plated contact is rated 4 A at 250 V. The 3.00 µinch gold mating finish provides corrosion resistance for field-service reconnects in humid or mildly corrosive environments — adequate for periodic sensor swaps, not high-cycle robotics.
B-coded orientation and threaded coupling
The B-coded keying (orientation B) aligns the plug with matching B-coded M12 receptacles and cordset. The threaded fastening ring locks the mated pair against vibration, meeting IEC 61076-2-101 mechanical interface standards. The nickel-plated copper alloy shell and UL94 V-0 polyamide insert handle the mechanical and flame-rating requirements of equipment inside an enclosure.
