The TE Connectivity T4140412051-000 is a metal-shell M12 receptacle with male pins, B-coded orientation, and threaded fastening. The IP67 ingress protection rating applies only when the connector is fully mated and the threaded coupling ring is torqued — the O-ring seals at the panel face, not the thread. For the unmated panel half, a protective cap is needed to maintain the seal between shifts.
