A-coding is the standard keying for sensor/actuator networks per IEC 61076-2-101 — a B-coded (fieldbus) or D-coded (Ethernet) receptacle will not mate, so the coding match is the first thing to verify against the mating half. Rated 4 A per contact at 60 V, with IP67 sealing when mated, this connector suits industrial environments where dust and washdown water are present.
4 A per Contact — Sized for Sensor and Actuator Power, Not Bus-Level Current
The gold flash mating surface (contact finish thickness: Flash) supports moderate mating cycles in a field-serviceable connector. The 60 V voltage rating is standard for M12 in industrial control cabinets.
IP67 — Sealed for Washdown, Not Submersion
IP67 means the mated connector is dust-tight and can withstand immersion in 1 m of water for 30 minutes — adequate for washdown in food processing or outdoor equipment exposed to rain. The seal relies on the O-ring at the panel face (bulkhead - rear side nut mounting), so the panel cut-out and nut torque must be correct to maintain the rating. The unshielded shell (Shielding: Unshielded) means this connector does not provide EMI/RFI protection; for noisy environments, a shielded M12 variant would be needed.
