M12 B-Coded Plug for Sealed Industrial Interconnects
The TE Connectivity T4145415031-001 is a 3-position M12 plug with female sockets, B-coded orientation, rated 4A per contact at 250V. Gold flash on the mating contacts handles the moderate mating cycles typical of field-installed M12 cabling.
This plug supports panel mount, through-hole PCB mount, or right-angle solder termination — the bulkhead mounting feature lets it pass through a panel face while the threaded fastening ring secures the mating half. The copper alloy shell with nickel finish provides corrosion resistance for the IP67 seal to hold over time. Board guide and board lock features aid alignment and retention during PCB assembly.
B-Code Keying and Mating Half
B-coded orientation means this plug mates only with a B-coded M12 receptacle — the keying pin position prevents cross-mating with A-, D-, or X-coded connectors. The mating half is a standard M12 B-coded female receptacle with 3 positions and threaded coupling. For a build-to-print BOM, specify both the plug and its matching receptacle; the crimp terminals and backshell are sold separately.
