M12 D-Coded Plug — 4-Position, Right-Angle PCB Mount, IP67
The T4145515041-001: The D-coding aligns the keyway so a D-coded plug only mates with a D-coded receptacle — preventing a field mix-up with A-, B-, or L-coded M12 connectors on the same machine. This is the PCB-mount side: right-angle solder tails exit the rear, and the bulkhead nut secures it through a panel cutout. The metal shell (copper alloy with nickel finish) and polyamide insert give it the mechanical backbone for repeated mating in a cabinet or junction box.
4 A per Contact, 250 V — Sealed for Washdown Zones
Gold flash on the mating contacts gives enough corrosion protection for the sealed environment; the limiting factor for mating cycles is the threaded coupling, not the contact finish.
Mounting and Termination — Panel Cutout, Right-Angle Solder
This plug mounts through a panel with the rear-side bulkhead nut, then solders into the PCB at a right angle. The board guide and board lock features help align and retain the connector during reflow or hand-soldering — the lock holds the part in place so the solder joints don't take shear from cable strain.
