Board Fit and Routing Constraints
The 10072353-G01-09ULF: The right-angle orientation means the header stands 0.157" (4.00mm) above the board surface at the insulator, with the mating pin extending another 0.157" (4.00mm) beyond that. The solder tails are 0.079" (2.00mm) long — enough for a standard 1.6mm PCB with good through-hole fill. Push-pull fastening means there is no latch or lock — the retention comes from the friction fit of the mating receptacle's contacts. In a vibration environment, a secondary retention method (wire tie or potting) may be needed unless the mating half includes its own locking feature.
